MediaGUI's information-section navigation has been updated

Update details

Information pages help users learn about MediaGUI's capabilities outside the personal account. The updated structure includes sections for webmasters, advertisers, agencies, and other types of engagement. Navigation between materials is organized so a user can move step by step from general information to a specific topic. Access to personal-account features is still governed by the existing authorization system.
