This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what personal data The Choice Marketing Agency d.o.o. Novi Sad (the "Company", "we") collects when you use our online platform (the "Platform"), how and why we process it, who we share it with, and what rights you have as a user (the "User", "you").

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with it and with our Cookie Policy.

Account data: email address, name, phone number (if provided), profile photo, interface language, account type (individual/business), and company details if you register as a business.

Financial data: balance, deposit and withdrawal history, payout method details, and statistics on the advertising campaigns ("deals") you run on the Platform.

Technical data: IP address, approximate IP-based location, device and browser type, session identifiers, and interface activity logs, collected as needed for operation, security, and fraud prevention.

We collect data directly from you (during registration and while using the Platform), automatically as part of the Service's technical operation, and from our authentication provider (Clerk), which handles sign-up and sign-in.

Contract performance: creating and managing your account, running and tracking campaigns, crediting and withdrawing funds — based on performance of the Terms of Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement — based on the Company's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal obligations: identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks (AML/KYC) for withdrawals — based on applicable law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Consent: optional cookies and communications — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

We share data with a limited set of processors required to operate the Platform: our authentication provider (Clerk), our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), payment/crypto partners for processing deposits and withdrawals, and our support service.

We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it for third-party advertising targeting purposes.

Some of our processors (in particular, hosting and authentication providers) may process data on servers located outside the EEA. In such cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-recognised mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection.

We retain account data for the duration of the contract and for the period required to comply with applicable legal, tax, and AML obligations after it ends, but no longer than necessary for the stated purposes.

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

We apply technical and organisational security measures (connection encryption, access control, monitoring) to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure of data.

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; we will notify you of material changes via the Platform interface or by email.
