First deposit: checks before sending

A crypto transfer requires checking the network and address before sending. Do not use payment details from messages if they differ from the active invoice in your account.

Check before confirming

Check email access, the minimum shown in the form, asset, network and full address. A QR code copies an address; it does not verify the amount or network. Keep the transaction hash and invoice ID. “I have paid” reports a payment; it does not confirm crediting. If delayed, contact support with those identifiers before sending again.

Practical guides

Deposits and payment review

Open a deposit in Finance. Use only an available method with a displayed address; the minimum is the equivalent of EUR 200. Check network, asset, amount and address before sending. “I paid” only reports a transfer: crediting requires review. If the status remains unchanged, send support the request ID and transaction hash without creating duplicates.

Crypto wallets and network selection

For withdrawal select a saved wallet for the chosen method or enter a new address and save it from the form. A label helps identify a wallet but does not verify ownership. USDT TRC-20 and ERC-20 use different networks. Copy the entire address and recheck it after pasting. Never enter a seed phrase.

Withdrawal request and email code

In Finance choose withdrawal, method, wallet and amount. Review the fee and total, then request an email code. The request is created only after code confirmation. Pending or review does not mean a network transfer was sent. Invalid or expired codes and insufficient funds produce errors; wait for the form confirmation.
